If its your first time, here's a quick guide to help you choose:
Shellac: Ideal for a one-time occasion, event, or holiday.
BIAB: Perfect if you plan to maintain your nails regularly every 3–4 weeks on your natural nails.
Gel Extensions: Choose this if you’d like your nails to be longer than they currently are.
Generally, no break is needed from getting your nails done. However, with Shellac, we don’t recommend continuous use over long periods, as it may lead to some damage. For BIAB and Gel nails, regular wear is safe and doesn’t require breaks unless there’s a specific issue—such as signs of infection or if you feel your nails need a rest. In those cases, booking a removal would be the best option."
The salon is located in Kildare Town, Co. Kildare, right in Market Square across from the bus stop and Bank of Ireland. You'll find us between Square Coffee and Silken Thomas.
Public parking is available outside the salon, however it is not specifically reserved for clients. Other locations include Silken Thomas, Playground parking or even Lidl, especially during busy times.
Unless your nails are acrylics, there would be an extra €10 charge as we do not work with acrylics and it is harder to remove as we cannot soak them and will have to use an electric drill.
Otherwise if you have BIAB, Shellac or Gel Nails there will not be an extra charge.
If you experience any issues after your service, contact us as soon as possible.
•For BIAB and Gel Nail services, we offer free repairs for up to 10 days after your service.
•For Shellac (Gel Polish), repairs are free for up to 5 days after your service.
If you want cancel your appointment, please do so 12 hours in advance or you will subject to our cancellation policy which you can find here: Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation can be done by call, text or through our online booking system, Fresha. Log into your account - Click onto your booking - Click Manage Appointment - Click Cancel Appointment. If a deposit was paid you will need to call or text.
If you want reschedule your appointment, please do so 12 hours in advance or you will subject to our cancellation policy which you can find here: Cancellation Policy.
To reschedule, you can call or text us or you can reschedule online through our booking system Fresha. Log into your account - Click onto your booking - Click Manage Appointment - Click Reschedule. If you have a preferred technician make sure to choose them again at the top left of your screen or it will choose any technician.
Group Bookings can be done by call, text, email, or through our online booking system Fresha.
For online group bookings :
- Click Book Now - Click Group Appointment - Click The Preferred Service - Click Continue -Click Add Guest - Click Guests Preferred service - Click continue and choose nail technician ( if wanted ), date & time.
The majority of appointments are made in advance. To secure your preferred date and avoid disappointment we recommend to book at least one week in advance.
However, if you're passing by, feel free to pop in and check our latest availability — we’ll do our best to fit you in!
•You can earn loyalty points mainly by completing services at the salon. For every €1 spent, you'll receive 5 points added to your account.
•You can also earn:
- 25 points for booking online (limited to twice per month)
- 50 points for leaving a review on Fresha (note: points are not awarded for Google reviews )
•Every 500 points = €5 credit which can be used towards future services. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
•We keep track of your points and will let you know when you’re eligible to claim a reward. If you’re signed into your Fresha account (via the app or a browser), you can also view your points balance in your Fresha Wallet.
We accept payments by cash, card, or through our online booking platform, Fresha.
You can tip using any payment method, but cash is preferred. 100% of tips given go directly to the technician who provided your service.
Try to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure you are on time. If you are running late please let us know in advance.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late and we’re unable to adjust or complete the service, your appointment may be cancelled, and a fee equal to the full cost of the treatment may apply. Please review our policy page to avoid any surprises: Policy Page
Children aged 12-15 may only get Shellac or BIAB services done in our salon but must have consent from a parent/guardian. We do not offer gel or extensions treatments to those aged 15 and under. Any bookings cancelled due to non-compliance with this policy will be non-refundable.
Children under the age of 12 may only get Kid's File & Polish services.
